By using Ocurva, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you start a project.

Use of Ocurva

Ocurva is a design platform for architecture, interiors and construction projects. Use it lawfully, don't misuse it, and don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Intellectual Property

The Ocurva name, logo, website and software belong to Ocurva. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them without our written permission.

Your Projects

You own the files and information you upload and the outputs Ocurva creates for your projects. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you.

Limitation of Liability

Ocurva is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on its outputs, or for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service.

External Links

This website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or take responsibility for the content or policies of those external sites.

AI Outputs

Ocurva uses AI and calculation engines to produce studies, drawings, renders and estimates. These support early decisions; they are not final designs. Final designs, structural work and permit submissions must be reviewed by a licensed professional.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Quick answers about the platform and how projects run.

  •  What do I need to start a project?

Three things: the project type, the location and the plot. Ocurva builds the rest from there. You can also upload your own sketch, model or plan.

  • What does Ocurva produce?

Site and feasibility studies, regulation checks, concept options, 3D massing, 2D plans, interiors, renders, quantities and cost, and a presentation package, all from one project model.

  •  Does it handle residential and commercial projects?

Yes. Residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality projects all start from the same three inputs.

  • Which countries does Ocurva support?

We're launching in Egypt and the six GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. The platform works in both Arabic and English.

  • Does Ocurva replace my architect?

No. Ocurva is a decision accelerator: it gets you to a validated direction fast, so your architects and engineers spend their time where it matters. Final designs and permits still need a licensed professional.
